Meet Dr. Swimelar
I was born and raised in Elmira, NY and graduated from Southside High School in 2007.
I decided to attend the State University of New York at Brockport and received my Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Physiology in 2010. I always knew that I wanted to be in the "medical field" but didn't like the idea of being a medical doctor and prescribing medication. I wanted to treat the body in a more natural way, and that began my interest in the chiropractic profession.
After graduating college, I did an internship with a few local chiropractors and fell in love with the idea of becoming one myself. I started the adventure of chiropractic school in January 2011, at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, FL.
After graduating in March 2014, I found a great opportunity in Goffstown, NH and worked as an associate for two years. It was in these two years that I worked on mastering my craft and decided I wanted to come back home to NY.
I am excited to be back and treat my hometown community. I look forward to meeting you and being a part of your journey towards better health and wellness!
